I received this email today from Sara Huffman about her husband Bob. Bob is one of our class mates.

Hi Vivian,

Well we are back in Ohio.   We went to Cleveland Clinic on Friday.  The news was what Bob and I expected.  He has cancer in his pancreas.  The tumor is wrapped around a large blood vessel and surgery is not a option.  We have an appointment on Feb.1st.  They are going to take a bio of the pancreas to see how bad it is.  Then they will work up a plan to treat it.  I guess with chemo and radiation. 

Keep praying for us.

Marilou ( Peer) Hill has also been batteling cancer for some time. 

 Please keep both of them in your prayers.

LUNCHEON/////

Hello Sarj,

We had our luncheon today at Shell Shuckers at 12;00 noon. Despite the cold weather of 27".

27 attending. Those that were attending was as follows.

Ellen Drake, Howard & Janet Beisner, Norma & Hank Hiner,Peggy Thallman, Claude Hohman,Shirley Baker,Carol Engle, Peggy Brickner, Bob & Barb,Bauer,Rudy Karle, Charles Mizen, Herb Crum, John & Connie Bell,Judy & Gene Zimmer, Jim Fey, Patty Schreiner,Fred & Jean Michaels, Ethel Jordan, and daughter Julie.Vivian Blankenship & daughter Val Hohman.

Our next luncheon will be held March 1, 2013 at the same place.

Carol Engle & Ellen Drake left early so they was not in the group picture.

  I received this from Sara Huffman this morning about Bob Huffman (one of our class mates)

She said it was fine  that I send it to all of you. And Dave Speas also agreed.

We need prayers for Bob at this time.
